We have,

(-2,5)and(-4,9)

x1 = -2 , y1 = 5

x2 = -4 , y2 = 9

So, Mid point = (x1+x2)/2 , (y1+y2)/2

= (-2-4)/2 , (5 + 9)/2

= -6/2 , 14/2

= -3 , 7

Radius of circle, r² = (x - h)² + (y - k)²

Where h and k are mid points,  h = -3 and k = 7

We can take either of points (-2,5) or (-4,9) to find the Radius.

r² = (-2-3)² + (5-7)²

r² = (-5)² + (-2)²

r² = 25 + 4

r = √29

r = 5.38

Hence,  Radius of circle is 5.38
