The dosage has to do for 7 days. So total hours are: 7*24 hrs

=168 hrs

The patient has to take tablets every 6 hrs. So the total times he/she has to take the tables are= 168 hrs/6 hrs

=28 times he has to take tablets.

The patient has to take 2 tablets every time. So total number of tablets he/she has to take=

28*2

=56 tablets

So 56 is the number of tablets required for the prescribed dosage.
