Autocracy is a type of government where one person is in charge of everything, whereas democracy is the government that is mandated by the people since it is for the people. Autocracy can be compared to dictatorship, whereas only one person has the supreme power. This often impacts the lives of the people in the country, since everything has its limit, and everything can be owned by that supreme ruler. This also means that the ruler's decision is absolute, and must be followed at all cost in order to avoid punishments.
