Anna needs to watch 4 movies to make Option A worth the cost.

Lets calculate the costs of both options after 4 movies. Option A charges $13.00 per month and provides unlimited movies therefore; no matter how many movies will be watched the price stays the same. Option B charges $4.00 per month plus $2.50 for each movie watched so that is $4 plus $2.50(1st movie) plus $2.50(2nd movie) plus $2.50(3rd movie) plus $2.50(4th movie) equals $14.00.

therefore the cost after 4 movies for Option A is $13.00 while Option B cost $14.00.
