Lets create a simple ratio based on the information that we have. The amount of limbs the zombie lose in total will call it x.

If in 1 day he lost 3 limbs,

Then in 4 days he lost x limbs.

Cross multiply in order to find out the value of x, so x times 1 equal to 3 time 4.

x=3*4

x=12 limbs
