the coordinate plane equations are given 2y = 3x − 1…….(1) {their a1=3,b1=2,c1=-1}

4y = 6x − 2……(2)) {their a2=6,b2=4,c2=-2}

Using the general method the number of solutions for the system of equations we do

    a1/a2 = b1/b2=c1/c2

equations (1) and (2)

3/6=2/4=(-1)/(-2)

½=½=½ so option C has infinitely many solutions is correct.
