We know,

1 gallon = 16 cups

We have 4 gallons,

So, 4 gallon = 4 × 16

= 64 cups

Number of players = 25

Water consumed by each player = 2 cups

So, total water consumption = 25  × 2

= 50 cups

So, there is more than enough water each player.
