A rectangle has an area of 600.6m2. One of the sides is 7.8m in length. Work out the perimeter of the rectangle.

Area of rectangle = 600.6 m²
Formula :
Area of rectangle = Length x Width
Let Length = 7.8 m
Then,
600.6 = 7.8 x width
Width = 600.6/7.8
= 77 m
We know, Perimeter of rectangle = 2(Length + width)
= 2(7.8 + 77)
= 2(84.8)
= 169.6 m
