Formula Used :

Area of rectangle  = base × height

Given : Area = 22 sq. miles

Base = 5 miles

Height = ?

Substituting values in formula, we get

22 = 5 × Height

Dividing both sides by 5, we get

22/5 = (5 × Height)/5

Height = 4.4 miles

Thus, Height of the rectangle is 4.4 miles
