the number of students that say yes are in the form of percentage and in number also that is 65% and 52 students:-

now, let the total number of students that are surveyed are be x

now from total students only 65% students said yes that is equal to 52 students, it means 65% of total student is equal to 52 students

its equation is:- x*65%=52

x=52/65%

x=52/ 65/100

when a friction is converted from divide to multiply form then it have to be reciprocal :-

x=52* 100/52

x=80

so, here the value of x is 80 that means total number of students surveyed are 80.
