Outcome of coin toss = head, Tails

So, Probability of getting heads = Favorable outcome/ Total outcome

= 1/2

Now, Favorable outcome (of choosing a number less than 4) = 3

Total outcome = 10

So, probability = 3/10

Now, probability of getting heads and a number less than 4 = 1/2 × 3/10

= 3/20 or 0.15

Thus, probability of getting heads and a number less than 4 is 3/20 or 0.15
