Lets try and remove the brackets by multiplying the numbers with the brackets.

5(2c-3)=10c-15

3(3c-5)=9c-15

So we will have:

10c-15=9c-15

Lets put the variables on one side and the numbers on the other side. Every variable or number that will change signs, will have their sign changed from a + into a - and vice versa.

10c-9c=-15+15

c=0
