If 1.5% of x is 1.95,
Then 100% of x is x.
Cross multiply in order to create the equation we need. 1.5 times x is equal to 100 times 1.95.
1.5x=100*1.95
1.5x=195
Divide both sides with 1.5.
1.5x/1.5 = 195/1.5
x=130
